Ken Redshaw appraising his chosen image
Members of Dawlish and Teignmouth camera club were put to the test this week when given the chance to be a judge for a few minutes.
Each year the WCPF(western counties photographic federation ) picks some of the best prints from camera clubs to show in the annual exhibition. One hundred prints that were not chosen are then circulated to various camera clubs for their perusal. There were some stunning, some unusual images. Members each chose a print and were asked to stand and comment on what they thought were good or bad attributes .
The evening was arranged and overseen by Mac Bouchere, himself qualified to judge. It proved a lively and entertaining evening , proving to members what a difficult task it can be to stand in front of an audience and comment on their prized pictures.Enjoyed by all.
