Printing Masterclass and Morocco

Ken Holland introduced the first half talking about preparing and printing an image, a subject which can be quite daunting, particularly for beginners.
With his wealth of knowledge Ken gave many helpful tips and much good advice, displaying images on a screen and showing how to make subtle improvements in photoshop including cloning out unwanted intrusions, cropping, and straightening, making a seemingly complicated procedure so much easier to understand.

Peter Sillifant followed by giving members a visual tour of Morocco.Marrakesh was fascinating with its maze of narrow alleys, crumbling architecture, mosques, markets and mosaics.
Following on were some stunning images of the Atlas mountains, home to the ancient Berber tribes who farm in the mountain valleys.

Nigel West thanked Ken and Peter for a most informative evening
